We are seeking an experienced Aggregate in charge with relevant expertise in Flow control area (Tundish), The ideal candidate will be responsible for G shift/shift activity and new developments, meet customer demand, and ensure effective resource utilization. This role requires strong analytical skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

•  Literate – Minimum Diploma in Metallurgy / Ceramic / Mechanical
• Experience: Min 3 years in Lining Refractories & Monitoring
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lining Refractory & application & Monitoring of Product.
• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate shift activities efficiently
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong report-making ability
• Candidates with strong reading and writing skills, even without formal degrees. Experience and practical skills are valued.

Your role

We are seeking a proactive, action-oriented, and highly motivated individual to oversee Refractory Lining & Monitoring.

Your tasks will include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in Lining areas to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance needs, and ensure operational readiness.
• Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols during all Daily activities.
• Lead and motivate the shift team, ensuring proper task allocation and workforce efficiency.
• Identify and resolve refractory performance bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary.
•  Maintain accurate shift logbook, production records, and incident reports for management review.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations and efficiency enhancements.
• Train the technicians and helpers for best practices, equipment handling, and safety compliance.
