Your position

In this position, you will serve as a key interface between RHI Magnesita and MIRECO. You will drive technical marketing and business development activities for the recycling portfolio, identify new business and sourcing opportunities, and support the expansion of circular economy solutions across industries. Working closely with Commercial, Sourcing, Operations, and R&D teams, you will evaluate opportunities from a holistic RHIM & MIRECO perspective, combining technical, commercial, and sustainability aspects. Approximately 30% travel is expected.

Your tasks

• Identifying and developing joint business opportunities between RHIM and MIRECO by following the CERO Waste & 4PRO approach
• Evaluating customer opportunities and market potential from a combined RHIM & MIRECO perspective
• Monitoring market developments, customer investments, and kiln revamps to identify sourcing and growth opportunities
• Conducting market and business analyses for recycling solutions
• Supporting the development of new recycling sources
• Collaborating with R&D and Operations to identify new applications for recycling materials and innovative recovery technologies

Your profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Recycling, Metallurgy, Environmental Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Few years of experience in technical marketing, business development, sourcing, recycling, or a related industrial environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of refractory products and recycling technologies is an advantage
• Good understanding of commercial and market dynamics

Languages: English – advanced, German – fluent
