Your position

Are you interested in creating customer development plans to support growth and strengthen the relation with our customers in Austria? As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for relationship management and as a primary point of contact, you will obtain orders from one of our key customers. You will also focus on gaining a larger market share to ensure our competitive edge. With the support of a qualified team, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial offer creation through to cash collection. As part of the Sales Steel Eastern Europe team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales Steel Eastern Europe.

Your tasks

• Preparing quotes based on pricing strategies in alignment with RHI Magnesita commercial management standards
• Conducting price and contract negotiations
• Demand planning & inventory management
• Sales forecasting & receivables management, financial planning

Your profile

• Customer-centric attitude supported by a strong technical and commercial background
• Being able to understand the unique demands of our client and present them with tailor-made solutions
• University degree in Metallurgy/Chemistry or Sales and Marketing
• Relevant working experience in Sales
• Established business relations with the local metallurgical plants

Languages: German – fluent, English – fluent

Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Contract Law

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €65,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
