About you

You are a Sales Expert who would like to bring in his/her expertise in a market with big development potential? You want to help our business grow by winning new contracts and creating a solid network of partners? You go for every opportunity that you see in the market and try to turn it into a contract?


Our ideal candidate has experience in Non-Ferrous Metals industries, such are Cooper, Nickel,

Lead, Zinc, Aluminum and Precious Metals.


Additionally, we are looking for:

  • A network with customers in India in the above-mentioned industries
  • The necessary technical skills to understand the Client requirements and make proposals
  • Result orientation and the motivation to go for new challenges
  • Very good English skills (a must for working in a very international team)
  • Experience with CRM is an asset
  • Hands on attitude is very welcomed


The position will be based in the region (India) and it will require flexibility to travel of about 50% of the working time.



  • About the job

The main purpose of this job is to manage Sales in the respective region, throughout the whole process: from detecting the opportunity on the market to the payment of the invoice.


  • As Sales Manager you are responsible for Non-Ferrous Metals markets in India
  • Establishing sustainable relationships with the customer will help you be successful.
  • Technical discussions with the Client to understand their requirements and our equivalent products
  • Connect with the NFM experts internally to decide on the best solution for the Client
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate for the offers
  • Sales forecasts, demand planning & management of receivables is part of your role as well.
  • Project management support will be important, especially with regards to green field projects.
