Digital Adoption & Agile Specialist (WalkMe & Azure DevOps) (all genders)

Your position
As a Digital Adoption & Agile Specialist, you will support the rollout and adoption of digital solutions across our organisation. You will focus on implementation of digital guidance using WalkMe and enabling Agile Ways of Working (WoW), including the use of Azure DevOps. You will ensure that teams are effectively supported in both user adoption and agile ways of working. In this position you will contribute to change management activities, communication alignment and continuous improvement of adoption practices across digital transformation initiatives.
Your tasks
- Designing, building and maintaining WalkMe solutions (walkthroughs, smart tips, automation) covering the full lifecycle from scoping and content creation to testing and rollout
- Monitoring adoption metrics and user behavior, providing insights through dashboards and reporting
- Facilitating Agile WoW enablement sessions, including onboarding, drumbeat sessions and Kanban calls
- Supporting Product Owners and teams in backlog management, prioritization, and agile best practices using Azure DevOps
- Contributing to Product Owner onboarding and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Informatics, Telecommunications or a similar area of relevance
- Several years of experience in running initiatives for digital adoption in an international and cross-functional environment and agile ways of working/running digital transformation initiatives
- Hands‑on experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption tools, and with Azure DevOps or comparable tools (e.g. Jira)
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, user‑friendly digital and agile solutions
Languages: English – fluent
Nice to have: Certification or equivalent experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner
