Full Stack & AI Automation Developer (all genders)

Your position
As a Full Stack & AI Automation Developer, you will build smart, lightweight automation solutions and AI‑assisted applications that make our teams faster, more accurate, and more data‑driven. You will work across structured and unstructured data, develop small functional applications, and integrate modern AI tools into practical business processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Data Engineer to turn data models into user‑facing solutions and engage directly with internal business stakeholders across the Europe & CIS region. Occasional travel of 5–10% within Europe may be required.
Your tasks
- Designing and implementing AI‑enhanced automations and applications, from simple scripts to end‑to‑end workflow solutions
- Working hands‑on with structured and unstructured data (CSVs, PDFs, text, images, reports), preparing them for automation and AI use cases
- Building lightweight front‑end interfaces (web UI components) to make automation tools user‑friendly
- Integrating LLMs, Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI services into business processes
- Creating small dashboards or quick insights using Power BI or similar visualization tools
Your profile
- A few years of experience in data manipulation using Python and JavaScript
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data, with experience in working with PDFs, CSVs, images, or text-heavy documents
- Familiarity with automation concepts such as Power Automate, AI orchestration frameworks, and scripting or macros for workflow automation
- Strong SQL knowledge including procedures, joins, filters, queries, and working with basic star schema, with a focus on optimization
- Ability to structure raw data, clean it, validate it, and turn it into actionable insights
- Affinity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, APIs
- Basic understanding of web UI development to build simple user interfaces for automation tools
Languages: English – fluent/proficient
Nice to have: Agentic AI capabilities and experience with Azure Databricks & Power BI
