Your position
Reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Demand Planning, this role is responsible for aligning and owning the delivery of the global demand plan across all regions. As a Global Demand Planning & IBP Expert, you will ensure accuracy, consistency, and business relevance of the consolidated demand plan by partnering closely with regional planning teams, commercial leaders, finance, and supply chain stakeholders.Your primary role would be to design, standardize, and sustain global demand planning processes and performance management frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with strategic business goals. You will contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of global demand planning processes by acting as a key user of advanced planning tools to drive scalability, efficiency, and digital maturity across regions. Additionally you will support executive leadership with data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and executive summaries related to demand, risks, and opportunities at a global level to support strategic and tactical decisions across functions.
Your tasks
- Leading the global consolidation of regional demand plans, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and consistency in planning assumptions and methodologies
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with regional demand planners, sales, finance, supply chain, and other global functions to gather insights and drive consensus on demand assumptions
- Overseeing the global demand review process within IBP cycle, facilitating executive discussions and ensuring timely sign‑off of the demand plan
- Analyzing global forecast accuracy and bias, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, transparency, and performance
- Ensuring alignment of key stakeholders on demand risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans that impact global supply chain and financial outcomes
Your profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or related roles, with few years in global or regional leadership role
- Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP/S&OE, and demand planning best practices
- Experience with ERP and planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, o9, or similar tools) a strong track record of leading cross‑regional planning processes, and executive reporting
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and strong project management and change management capabilities
Languages: English – fluent; any other languages are considered an asset
