About the job


We are looking for an experience professional the following tasks:


  • Management & coordination of a multidisciplinary team based on 4 main operational areas: Payroll, Employee services, HR Master Data & Travel management.
  • Implementing & coordinating the Service delivery to different European locations in an accurate & efficient manner, consistent with the Business service center SLAs.
  • Track and maintain key HR Metrics and HR Reporting
  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objective
  • Promote, lead and implement HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies and internal databases across all departments and locations.
  • Conduct monthly HR governance review with HR Head and various department heads to showcase progress on initiatives, data for the month, highlights & challenges. Ensure the correct workflow communication across the organization with stakeholders & management.
  • Assure the adequate implementation and correct process monitoring of the statutory, legal and compliance requirements for all the Legal entities bundled in the business service center.
  • Monitor the compliance with policies and strategies of RHI Magnesita

Working proactively towards positive team engagement: facilitating clear & transparent communication, develop trust across the team including peers & management, encouraging teamwork.


In addition, you have:


  • Training and expertise in Payroll /Employee services or related.
  • Expertise in project management in Payroll areas
  • High level of English is mandatory and other European languages would be a plus
  • Experience working with Excel
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience managing big teams (+15 people)
  • Desirable previous experience working at a Business Service Centre
  • Desirable experience working in process improvement
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP,Sucess factors, Service Now, Concur.
