IT Demand & Portfolio Specialist (all genders)

Your position

 

As a part of our Application Portfolio Management team in the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) within Digital Transformation, you will coordinate and orchestrate application demand across the business—ensuring an efficient intake, clear prioritization, and value-driven decisions across our application landscape. You will primarily act as a facilitator and advisor within our IT organization, ensuring that application and software demands are captured, structured, and processed efficiently. In this position, you drive transparency and simplification across our IT application landscape. By acting as a strategic advisor, you will collaborate across teams to shape a future-ready, efficient, and value-driven IT environment. With a strong focus on collaboration and enablement, you bridge the gap between IT and business, ensuring alignment, understanding, and execution across regions.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Acting as a key contact for application-related requests and guiding stakeholders through the demand management lifecycle
  • Collaborating closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into structured IT demands
  • Identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation or standardization and reduce costs sustainably
  • Facilitating continuous dialogue between business and IT to ensure timely and actionable feedback
  • Gathering business insights and ensuring they are addressed effectively within the transformation journey

 

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology and/or Business Administration or similar areas
  • Some years of work experience, preferably in the IT area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel - (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP))
  • A good understanding of application request processes and workflows
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus

 

Languages: English – Fluent
