About the job

As a Junior Fixed Assets Professional, you will report directly to the Fixed Assets Process Leader. You will manage the daily operations of global accounting transactions and internal control activities for the company's Fixed Asset process. You will also oversee the work of an outsourced third-party accounting service provider. Additionally, you will coordinate with the engineering leadership team, site engineering leads, and project managers responsible for the processes and systems governing annual capital expenditures and the management of our global portfolio.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Investment project creation
• Fixed Assets management, capitalizations, disposals, and impairments, among others
• Monthly depreciation and reconciliation
• Monthly reporting
• Audit support

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Skills

• A university degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar areas
• SAP knowledge & advanced Excel skills

Languages

• English – Advanced (mandatory)
• Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

• First working experience, ideally in accounting
• Knowledge of the accounting cycle and experience with service level agreements (SLA)
