About the job

As a MuleSoft Senior Technical Engineer, you will be part of the Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery department and you will report to the Head of Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery. By providing your technical expertise in developing and supporting the integrations on the Anypoint Platform you will play an important role in our Digital Transformation. You will focus on translating the architecture definition proposal made by MuleSoft architects to establish internal patterns and guidelines; following these, you will implement APIs and integration services. You will partner with architects, developers, and engineers, to respect corporate standards and keep all activities well-documented, while also having full autonomy to challenge and propose new ideas.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Designing and developing integration components closely following the patterns and security requirements
• Performing tests (unit tests, functional support tests, regression tests, and performance tests)
• Ensuring compliance with quality control (including configuration, monitoring, and quality control)
• Evaluating, estimating, and supporting system integrations, to address the requirements of the business areas by applying best practices and Agile methodologies
• Keeping up with best practices, software development trends, and innovations

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Knowledge

• Ideally, a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• In-depth knowledge of patterns implementation & architectures such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Management, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

• Extensive experience leading the implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions across the Software Delivery Lifecycle
