Your position

As a Payroll and HR Professional at RHI Magnesita you will join our Regional Payroll Team, within the framework of the Europe West & North HR Department. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for a specific set of countries and legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal regulations. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and Finance teams, ensuring smooth payroll operations and effective communication across departments.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the correct processing of payroll inputs
• Validation of payroll reporting (gross to net)
• Reconciliation of payroll journals and general ledger statements
• Addressing and resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration, Labour Relations, HR, Finance, or similar
• Few years of professional experience in payroll management or related HR functions
• Communicative, structured and detail-oriented
• Ability to work fluently and comfortably with spreadsheets is a must

Languages: English – advanced, a proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset

Nice to have: Basic knowledge of accounting is highly desirable
