Your position
In this position you will report to the Head of Global Payroll. As part of our Global Payroll team, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, internal controls, and operational excellence across our global payroll organization. In this position, you will support the development of a standardized and well-controlled payroll environment by driving governance initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, managing compliance and audit activities, and partnering with stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external providers. You will develop dashboards, reports and gather insights to support decision making. You will also contribute to our ongoing Global Payroll Transformation journey, helping shape future payroll processes, controls, and service delivery models.
Your tasks
- Driving Payroll Governance, Compliance, and Internal Control initiatives across multiple countries
- Monitoring payroll risks, controls, audit findings, and remediation activities
- Defining, tracking, and reporting Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Supporting process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
- Contributing to internal and external audit activities and ensuring compliance with corporate standards
Your profile
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, finance, human resources, accounting, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, Shared Services, or similar functions
- Payroll experience is highly desirable
- Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
