Payroll Professional

About you

 

You have now the chance of becoming a core member of our Attract to Grow Team in Oviedo. You have strong analytical skills, are highly detail-oriented and have outstanding communication abilities. In addition, you have:

 

  • Background in Labor Relations, Law, Accounting or similar.
  • Experience in communicating and working with international teams
  • Experience in performing payroll duties with background in all payroll-processing activities
  • Experience in managing employees' allowances and benefits such as insurance, pension schemes, meal vouchers, etc.
  • Fluent in English
  • Desirable advanced knowledge of French
  • International background (either studying or working abroad) would be a plus

 

You also are:

 

  • Detail Oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to do it well
  • Time Management efficient: concentrates efforts on most important priorities and uses time effectively and efficiently
  • Leadership skills

 

About the job

  • Perform payroll duties for different countries of the EMEAA region
  • Communicate with the social security
  • Managing employees’ allowances and benefits
