About the job

As an SAP Process Consultant, you will report to the Head of Process Center of Excellence. In this role, you will focus on analyzing, improving, and governing HR processes, especially Payroll & Time Management (technical HCM & SuccessFactors focus). As a service & support representative, you’ll be a sparring partner to our key users in the region and you will manage stakeholders from different business areas. Moreover, you will use your expert knowledge in service & support management to work on new strategies and technologies within our organization.


In addition, your tasks will include

  • Leading demand & change management in the Attract to Grow (HR) area
  • Evaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member to decide about changes and projects
  • Presenting solutions of business analysis & functional specifications
  • Giving trainings and improving knowhow of our users & key users

What we expect from you in terms of



  • Ideally, higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar


  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language is considered an asset


Work Experience

  • A couple years of relevant working experience with HCM and/or SuccessFactors
  • Experience with a focus on personnel/organizational administration, payroll & time management would be desirable
  • Experience with recruiting & onboarding, trainings, performance & goals, as well as travel & expense management would be a considerable plus
