Quotation Analyst (all genders)

Your position

This role is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in a truly international environment. As part of our Customer Pricing Intelligence team, you will support our Sales organization across Europe & CIS by creating accurate and competitive customer quotations while gaining experience in a key area of our business. You will work hands-on with data, check information from different systems, and use analytical thinking to help develop pricing solutions. At the same time, you will collaborate with colleagues from various teams and countries, learning about our products and processes while contributing to smooth and timely quotation delivery. 

Your tasks

• Preparing and managing accurate customer quotations for the Europe & CIS region
• Checking and consolidating data from multiple systems to ensure correct pricing information
• Analyzing available information to identify optimal pricing and support decision-making
• Collaborating with Sales Managers and stakeholders, both virtually and by phone, to clarify requirements and manage expectations
• Supporting governance, auditing, and process improvement initiatives within the Customer Pricing Intelligence team

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and translating insights into actionable decisions
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Languages: English – fluent, additional European or CIS languages are considered an asset

Nice to have: Experience in pricing, quotation management, or sales support; familiarity with SAP and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
