Your position
As a ServiceNow Process Owner at RHI Magnesita, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing key organizational processes. Working within the ServiceNow Department, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Service Management (CSM) processes and HR Service Delivery on the ServiceNow platform. Your focus will revolve around Customer Service Management cases, HR Case Management, Service Request Management, and Knowledge Management, all while ensuring the efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement of these critical functions. You will collaborate with global teams to implement processes, handle demands, and drive continuous process standardization across ServiceNow. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in facilitating efficient communication and coordination between various departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to service delivery.
Your tasks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align on solution architecture, conceptual models, and designing effective solutions for optimizing ServiceNow functionalities
- Working closely with Global Process Experts (GPEs) and Key Users during design sessions to define processes that align with RHIM guidelines
- Verifying that the implemented features align with the defined business requirement
- Overseeing and optimizing workflows and implementing best practices for CSM and HR case handling (CSM will support both internal and external clients)
- Developing and maintaining a seamless service request process
- Establishing and maintaining a robust knowledge management system, ensuring that knowledge resources are up-to-date and easily accessible
Your profile
- Higher education in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field would be ideal
- Deep understanding of Customer Service Management processes
- Extensive knowledge and professional experience working with the ServiceNow system
Languages: English – fluent
Required certifications: ServiceNow certification would be a plus
Nice to have: Familiarity with integrating REST APIs and web services
