Your position

As a Tax Professional at RHI Magnesita, you will be part of our Tax team within the Record to Report Department and report directly to the Tax process leader. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with indirect tax regulations, managing tax content, and supporting various tax-related processes across European countries. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with local tax laws.

Your tasks

• Ensuring VAT invoice compliance
• Preparing and submitting indirect tax-related reports (Intrastat, ECSL)
• Uploading VAT and Intrastat data to government platforms
• Managing VAT netting and posting to specific VAT accounts
• Acting as a point of contact with external tax advisors
• Reconciling tax accounts in SAP and ensuring accurate balance matching through the Blackline tool

Your profile

• A university degree in Business Administration or a related field
• A few years of experience in tax-related areas
• Excel and SAP knowledge are highly valued

Languages: English – advanced

Nice to have: A Master’s degree in tax-related field
