Time & Attendance Professional (all genders)

Your position

In this position your key task will be to efficiently manage time and attendance processes for employees in Austria while working from Spain. Working closely with HR, Payroll and IT departments, you will ensure legal compliance, accurate records, and alignment with global and local policies. Acting as the main contact for all time & attendance matters for the employees you support, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and contributing to process improvements.

 

Your tasks

  • Managing and monitoring the time & attendance system
  • Ensuring integration of time data with payroll systems, guaranteeing data quality and consistency
  • Supporting audits with documentation and clarifications about time records
  • Preparing reports and KPIs on attendance and overtime
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements and participating in system and process changes

 

Your profile

  • Organized, detail-oriented and solution-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setup
  • A few years of experience in time & attendance, ideally covering Austria or other international locations
  • Comfortable working with time & attendance systems and Excel
  • A degree in Administration, HR, Engineering, IT, or similar OR a completed business school with a few years of relevant work experience in time & attendance
  • Basic understanding of Austrian labor law or willingness to learn
  • Experienced in collaborating with Shared Service Centers, preferably in an international environment

 

Languages: English: Fluent, German: Advanced

Nice to have: Working experience with Employee Self-Service time-tracking and platforms like ServiceNow, SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
