Your position
As a Global Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will report directly to the SCM Mexico´s Manager and play an integral role in the team. You will:
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices in supply chain management and Purchase order follow up
- Support logistics, performance management, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and supply planning activities.
- Contribute to the integration of technological solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in operations.
Your tasks
- Assisting in managing relationships with stakeholders in our logistics department to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Working closely with the regional supply chain team to analyse key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitoring inventory levels and recommending adjustments to meet target service levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Supporting the End-to-End (E2E) Value Chain transformation program.
Your profile
Your enthusiasm and creativity drive fresh ideas, both individually and with colleagues. With a hands-on mentality, structured approach, and sharp analytical skills, you want to challenge and improve the status quo.
- University degree (minimum BSc)
- Previous professional experience or internship
- Fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH (spoken and written); Portuguese or German is a plus
- Data analytic skills and good affinity with Microsoft Excel (PowerBI is nice-to-have)
- Eager to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Pragmatic problem-solver and strong communicator
- Agile, open-minded, and embracing change
- Basic Knowledge of incoterms

The hiring process for the Global Trainee Program 2025 takes place between April - July 2025, with multiple stages including CV screening, interviews, a personality questionnaire, and an assessment centre. Successful candidates will receive their contracts between June - July and start their positions in September 2025.
