RHI Magnesita is looking for a Payroll Professional Jr. in Ramos Arizpe, MX!

Payroll Professional Jr. Manager will be responsible for the Attract to Grow area which will be responsible for Payroll Professional (USA Y CAN)

This hybrid position will report to the Head of Global Shared Services NAM and will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time

Payroll Profesional Jr tasks include:

  • General accounting knowledge.
  • SAP system management.
  • Customer service (USA).
  • Advanced English
  • Analysis of accounting policies of the provision of Payroll (USA).
  • Provision of special payroll payments.
  • Analysis of payroll account reconciliations.
  • Preparation of monthly reports of special payroll payments (commissions, bonuses, etc).
  • Special audits.

About you

Do you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance
  • MBA is preferable
  • 5+ Years’ Experience in Payroll related is required
  • Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)
  • Excellent knowledge in English is required
  • SAP is a plus
  • Financial statements
  • Audit Support
  • Good understanding of business processes    
  • Strong experience in the function and leadership role desirable
  • Sense of urgency and analytical skills that can provide forward-thinking solutions with a holistic view
  • Positive mindset, and strong decision-making ability
