Your position:

As an Invoice Processing Intern, you will report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.

You will provide support in various invoice processing and administrative activities, developing practical skills in a professional and global business environment.

Your tasks:

• Support in processing and validating supplier invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in reviewing invoice documentation and ensuring accuracy of data prior to posting.
• Support the resolution of invoice discrepancies and communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assist in monitoring invoice status and ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Support in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to accounts payable activities.
• Prepare and update reports related to invoice processing metrics and payment status.
• Participate in meetings and calls with regional and global Accounts Payable teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects within the finance function.

Requirements:

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Must have valid health insurance.
• Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on-site.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Desirable: Advanced written and spoken English.
