RHI Magnesita has an amazing opportunity for Transportation import-export / customs, Ramos Arizpe, México!

Transportation import-export / customs is responsible for follow shipments all around the world into México, based on company policies, optimize transportation budged. Be in touch with all the stockholders on daily basis.

This position will report to Myriam Ferriño. The Team Leader of Inbound transportation and customs NAM.

The position

• Creation and follow up of booking
• Follow up directly with carriers and FWR
• Knowledge in itineraries.
• Check, amend or approve BL
• Creation of commercial documents, amend or approve them as well.
• Be in touch with the entire Supply Chain (production, quality, transportation, warehouse) and with many stakeholders from different countries and cultures.
• Interpretate data and have an analytical vision of it
• Work with KPIs and pursue better results based with the Company’s Global Goals.
• Know how to deal with pressure and deadlines.
• Be proactive, communicative, have good organization methods and sense of urgency.

About you

Do you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,
• Minimum 1 years of experience is required
• High proficiency with use of SAP or similar system for data input, output, report creation and data analysis
• Bilingual in Spanish and English 
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Know how to deal with pressure and deadlines.
• Be proactive, communicative, have good organization methods and sense of urgency
• Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor

• Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills
• Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
