About the job

We are looking for a Global Process Expert who will identify, describe, and support the implementation of standardization & optimization measures in raw material planning and plant scheduling. In this role you will be in daily contact with global/ regional and local process owners, helping them to refine, improve and design processes, at the same time making sure they are in line with global standards. As all our processes are combined with IT solutions, your in-depth knowledge of ERP will be an essential asset, while your experience with BI/BW tools and solid working skill level in Excel will be additional assets.


In addition, your tasks will include

  • Definition, update, and continuous improvement of process flow charts
  • Standardization of processes across all Business Units / locations and identification, collection, consolidation, and elaboration of improvement ideas
  • Implementation of optimization projects and active support of (IT) rollout projects (e.g., ERP system introduction) concerning specific (sub-)processes across departments / BUs
  • Coordination with other Process Experts on challenges and changes affecting more than one sub-process and escalation to the Process Owner (if required)

What we expect from you in terms of



  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration/ Supply Chain or (business) IT



  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language is considered as an asset
