Portfolio Complexity Intern

As an intern within our Complexity reduction (CoRe) program team, you'll gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of global portfolio complexity management within a leading international, publicly traded company. Reporting to the Portfolio Complexity Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and communicating with diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring that key portfolio-related decisions are aligned and effectively implemented across markets.

Your role:

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and visualization of data to support informed decision-making.
• Take charge of coordinating and communicating with various stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment on portfolio-related decisions and aiding the market roll-out of the CoRe program.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and help with documentation.
• Provide support in portfolio analysis activities.
   

Who are we looking for:

• You are currently studying towards your degree in one of the following: Engineering, Business Administration, Business Economics, Economics.
• A candidate with a highly analytical mindset and a strong drive for professional growth.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• A proactive individual who can quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic, international setting.
• Someone with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a keen desire to learn.
