Recycling Business Intelligence Analyst (all genders)

The location of the role is in: Rotterdam (Netherlands) or Vienna (Austria)

 

About the job

As a Recycling Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of a growing Recycling Business and will support the continuous growth of our business. This position will be strategically responsible for management and maintenance of KPIs secondary raw material master data extracted from SAP.  You will spend a great deal of your time calculating and monitoring KPIs and deliverables to support the global and regional teams.  You will be involved in the decision-making process based on reliable databases.  In your day-to-day business you will be working with data sources which will be a baseline for the proposed enhancements for the management and consolidation of executive reports. You will give valuable input for presentations for strategic meetings.

 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Management of recycling definitions and KPIs and alignment with the different regions.
  • Design BI models together with the Data Platform team to align needed data for the recycling dashboards.
  • Data enhancements management from SAP, BI reports, planning tools, collection of manual additions from plants non-SAP, joint venture companies, and onsite solutions.
  • Implement and manage internal carbon pricing together with the FP&A teams.
  • Preparation of Recycling reports, MPR and IBP Supply Review presentations.

What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) relevant to information technology, computer science/engineering

 

Languages

  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language is considered as an asset

 

Work Experience

  • Several years of relevant working experience
  • Basic knowledge of the refractory industry
  • Knowledge and experience within refractory product materials as well as recycling will be beneficial. Prior experience derived from Finance, Business Intelligence, and Process Engineering will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Power BI and SAP skills are required, Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting and data management purposes.
