Recycling Performance Management Professional
Rotterdam | Full time (40 hours)
Your position
In this position, you will report to our Performance Management Expert in Recycling. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while managing the master data for secondary raw materials in SAP. Key responsibilities include executing and closely monitoring KPI calculations, playing a crucial role in facilitating informed decision-making processes based on reliable data. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, transform complex datasets from multiple sources, and deliver actionable insights.
Your tasks
- Management of data enhancements from SAP, BI reports, and planning tools, along with the collection of manual additions from non-SAP plants, joint venture companies, and onsite solutions
- Preparation of recycling reports, monthly performance review meetings, and IBP supply review presentations
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to design BI models that connect the necessary data for recycling dashboards
- Inputting and managing large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel, leveraging Power Query, M language, and DAX for data transformation and analysis
- Management of recycling KPIs and definitions, providing support to different regions with data analysis and insights
Your profile
- Few years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong skills in Power BI and SAP
- Strong skills in data analysis, transformation, and visualization
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M language), Power BI Service, and Report Server, alongside a solid understanding of data modeling best practices and ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
Languages: English – Fluent
Nice to have: Familiarity with refractory materials and recycling. Previous hands-on experience in areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Power BI development is essential, and knowledge of SQL will be an asset.
