About the job

As our Customer Service Representative Türkiye, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely order execution from entry to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales team, customers, plants, and logistics providers to ensure the highest level of service and operational efficiency. You will be part of our dynamic Order Management team, supporting import processes, coordinating shipments, and managing documentation flows. You will also be responsible for accurate updates in SAP systems, and for supporting payment settlements and bank documentation processes related to imports.

 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Accurately entering sales orders in SAP based on inputs from the Sales team
  • Confirming readiness dates in collaboration with production plants
  • Coordinating transportation, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Creating shipment bookings and verifying shipping documentation
  • Resolving shipment-related issues in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
  • Supporting payment processes and managing related documentation submissions

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. You feel confident engaging and negotiating with customers and managers at all levels. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education and skills

  • University degree – preferably in Business Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • SAP HANA experience is a plus

 

Languages

  • English and Turkish – Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language will be considered an asset

 

Work Experience and Knowledge

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the refractory or cement industry
