Your position

As a Lean Management Professional, you will report to our Plant Manager in Sörmas. The main responsibilities of this position include creating VSM of our Sörmas plant to prioritize bottleneck operations and MAP NVA activities on the shop floor and creating action plans to eliminate inefficiencies using time measurement principles. You will identify and deliver productivity and cost savings projects using project management tools. You will also ensure our standardized global OES policies and procedures are adopted by our plant to eliminate deviation and provide training to the plant as necessary. Lastly, you will own and drive the lean transformation agenda in the plant collaborating with all the other plant functions.

Your tasks

• Reporting progress on defined projects
• Managing "Kaizen Proposal" requests
• Manage lean management, standardization, and continues improvement studies
• Acting as a role model of continuous improvement culture and behaviors

Your profile

• A few years of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques

Languages: Turkish – Native & English – Fluent

Nice to have: Six Sigma certification
