Production Line Leader

Türkiye | Full-time (40 hours) I Sörmas

Your position

As a "Crushing and Mixing" production line leader, you will report to our Production Manager in Sörmas. The main responsibility of this position is managing and performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into semi-finished goods. You will be the leader of a team of approximately 25 people. In this position, you will develop and implement production schedules to efficiently use tools, plant, and equipment while aligning output with inventory needs. You will also focus on production efficiency in cooperation and harmony with other related departments. You will match our resources with demand to maximize output and minimize production costs.

Your tasks

• Reporting on production KPIs like volume, OEE, downtimes, etc
• Estimating resource requirements and analyzing production and operational data
• Acting as a role model of HSE and continuously improving culture and behaviors
• Managing Lean Production, Standardization, and continuous improvement studies
• Reporting progress on defined or idea projects

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree in ceramics, materials or chemical engineering.
• Few years of batch preparation production experience in mineral-based production facilities such as refractory, cement, glass, ceramics

Languages: Turkish – Native & English – Fluent

Driving Licence: Class B

Good to have: SAP experience
