About the job

As our Sales Manager for Cement Türkiye, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and ensuring successful project execution. You’ll work closely with cement producers across Türkiye, positioning our high-performance refractory solutions and building long-term partnerships that add real value. You will liaise between customers, production, and distribution. This includes following the full sales process, organizing technical support in the area, monitoring the performance of refractory products and providing detailed reporting and analysis to ensure optimal product outcomes. You will lead trials, manage installations and product usage, and contribute to innovations aimed at enhancing RHI Magnesita's refractory solutions.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Develop and manage business relationships with cement producers in Türkiye
• Position and sell tailor-made refractory solutions
• Lead technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Act as a trusted advisor across customer teams — from production to procurement
• Provide technical consulting from pre-sales to post-installation
• Maintain accurate forecasts, planning, and receivables to drive pipeline health and sales performance

With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. What we expect from you in terms of

Education and skills

• University degree, preferably in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
• Strong MS Excel skills
• CRM experience is a plus

Languages

• English and Turkish – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience and Knowledge

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the refractory or cement industry
