Area (Strategy) Focus Path: Jump into the mix with multiple assignments and functional rotations in macro areas like Sales, Marketing & solutions Research & Development, Operations, Finance, Corporate Functions, and Procurement/Supply Chain Management. Local HR will then guide you through possible scenarios during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth market analysis for the Asia-Pacific region excluding India.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for market expansion and product development.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with market opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic analysis, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Power BI skill is preferred.
• Experience in analyzing commodity markets or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
