HR Generalist

Lund | Full time (40h) or Part Time (20h)

Your position

As an HR Generalist, you will be the point of contact for employees in Sweden regarding the employee life cycle and employee engagement initiatives. Your tasks will also include structured and solution-oriented implementation of individual and collective HR measures (e.g. employment contracts, contract amendments, supplementary agreements, and supporting the development of local HR policies, etc.). You are detail orientated, efficient, and resilient. Getting the job done is one of your characteristics, in a busy and ever-changing environment. You will be based in Lund, reporting to and working with the HRBP Manager.

Your tasks

• Implementation of global HR programs, processes, and initiatives
• Preparing monthly payroll
• Preparing all relevant documents for employees (offer letters, contracts, side letters, reference letters) and regularly updating our CHRIS (SuccesFactors) database
• Employee administration and onboarding
• HR Projects locally or for the region
• Industrial relations

Your profile

• Systematic work environment management (Arbetsmiljö)
• Support in industrial relations
• HR degree or similar
• Several years’ experience in a generalist HR role

Languages: English – proficient / fluent, Swedish – proficient / fluent

Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, mining or tech-industry
