Sales Manager Steel (all genders)

Your position

As a Sales Manager Steel, you will play a crucial role in RHI Magnesita, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Steel Scandinavia and UK. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a link between our customers and internal stakeholders, such as plants, logistics, and technical marketing teams. You will have the assistance of the Sales Director Nordics, UK, and the Netherlands to support you in your role. Your main objective will be to market RHI Magnesita’s products and ensure customer satisfaction by making regular visits and efficiently processing their orders. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to our company's overarching goals of achieving targets in the areas of safety, sustainability, digitalization, and global growth for refractory solutions. You will have the opportunity to cater to the unique demands of each client and present them with tailor-made solutions that meet their specific requirements. In this position, you can expect to travel, both nationally and internationally, accounting for approximately 30% of your time.

 

Your tasks

  • Securing the turnover of the region and managing the budget effectively
  • Supporting working capital actions by efficiently managing stocks and payments
  • Developing custom-made solutions and business models that focus on performance, safety, sustainability, and digitalization
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs and promoting RHI Magnesita’s Portfolio during customer interactions
  • Organizing trials and providing detailed reports

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Material Science, Technology and/or Sales
  • Several years of relevant working experience in the refractory industry or steel-making processes

 

Languages: English – Proficient/Fluent and Finnish – Proficient/Fluent
