Your position

As a Manteinance Supervisor, you will report directly to the Head of Manteinance for the Tlalnepantla Plant and play an integral role in the team.

You will:

  • Review and update maintenance plans in the system
  • Perform maintenance shutdowns
  • Track maintenance backlogs
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase availability and capacity
  • Perform equipment failure analysis
  • Contractor management
  • Cost control
  • Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Manage the timely availability of spare parts and services for preventive maintenance work.
  • Establish and develop equipment improvement, replacement, and upgrade projects.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, automation, control, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on plant equipment in all production areas.

Your profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in maintenance required
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP Previous professional experience will be valued.

  • Works effectively and collaboratively, with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Technical knowledge: Advenced pneumatics and hydraulics; Welding; Power transmission
  • Heat treatment; Heat transfer; Metrology; Electrical systems;
  • Maintenance of medium-voltage electrical substations, 23 KV
  • • Advanced knowledge of industrial mechanics, belts, pulleys, and transmission systems.
