As a Production Planning & Control Line Leader at Prod. RHI Mexico, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the milling and inventory management operations, leading a dedicated team to uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach milling personnel to maximize grinding efficiency while ensuring top product quality.
• Manage the milling and transfer processes across the plant to streamline production workflows.
• Supervise the purchasing and inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock rotation and availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain healthy stock, assessing moving prices versus standard prices regularly.
• Control and schedule the grinding of raw materials to guarantee timely production availability.
• Handle the management of mills to ensure they operate at maximum efficiency.
• Inventory materials in the warehouse and manage inventory items effectively.
• Oversee the control of incoming and outgoing waste materials to align with sustainability practices.
• Coordinate staff across different shifts to ensure consistent material supply to production areas.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality departments to coordinate and manage raw materials and packaging.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock counts.

About You:

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in inventory management practices and principles.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Basic proficiency in English is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools to facilitate reporting and data management.
