Your position

This position will report directly to Omar Gonzalez, Production Manager.  Occasional domestic and international travel may be required, estimated at approximately 5% of the time.

You will be

Responsible for overseeing production programs and procedures, as well as developing and implementing continuous improvement in the production process on a day-to-day basis, as well as monitoring the organization's internal audits of product, quality, autonomous maintenance, and health and safety to protect employees and ensure all facilities comply with regulations. Their responsibilities are aligned with their specific job description.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications

  • Mechanical – Industrial – Mechatronic Engineer
  • Knowledge, Skills, and General on manufacturing process, mold process, casting process
  • Basic English required
  • Familiarity with Industrial process – warehouses 
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements
  • Risk analysis knowledge by operation.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and highly initiative to solve problems efficiently

Education and Professional Background:

  • Mechanical – Industrial – Mechatronic Engineer
  • At least 1 years’ experience like supervisor at press process - moulding
  • Education/ training in Health, Safety, and Environmental
