Your position

As a IMS Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Integrated Management System South America and play an integral role in the team.

You will:

  • Keep IMS documentation up to date.
  • Coordinate internal audits and follow up on findings.
  • Handle external and certification audits.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor system performance indicators.
  • Coordinate IMS-related training.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Promote continuous improvement and risk management.

 

Your profile

  • Fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH
  • The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical capabilities and a critical mindset to challenge data, improve processes, and ensure the highest standards.
  • Excellent Strategic, Problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Education and Professional Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or related engineering degree (Industrial, Environmental, Quality, Chemical, or similar).
  • At least 3 years of experience in integrated management systems, audits, and document management

 

Technical and Core Competencies                                                                                                                                       

  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  •  Internal management systems auditor.
  • Risk management and corrective actions.
  • Tools for analysis and continuous improvement.
