About the job

We are looking for outstanding individuals with the potential to become the leaders and experts of the future! You will have the chance to be part of a dedicated RHIM programme and challenge yourself in different departments and functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience. As an Energy & Sustainability Development trainee you will report directly to the Head of Plant Commodities; you will be immersed into the RHIM reality and land in your final position with good knowledge of the business and an extended network!

In addition, your tasks will include

• Driving our energy saving and development transformation topics, both small- and large -scale
• Working on projects to develop carbon dioxide emission free production
• Communicating and aligning with both internal and external stakeholders regarding energy saving topics

About you

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Knowledge

• University Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering e.g., Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Environmental Engineering, Physics etc.)
• Some knowledge of statistical software such as Microsoft Power BI

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language would be an asset

Work Experience

• Some years of professional working/internship experience in the manufacturing industry

The annual gross salary for this position will be € 59,050 on a fill-time basis incl overtime.
