For our production plants at Veitsch & Breitenau
Your position
As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Plant Managers in Veitsch and Breitenau with all HR topics. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture for DACH & Czech, you will advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, labor law, and performance topics. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on work, be the go-to person for employees, and work closely with teams like Payroll and the Shared Service Center. You'll be part of a motivated and collaborative P&C team that values knowledge sharing, growth, and good humor.
Your tasks
- Support the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding, including development, retention, and employee relations
- Handle and coordinate day-to-day operational HR tasks
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements, labor laws, and internal HR policies
- Drive employer branding activities: e.g., apprenticeship training, career fairs etc.
- Support change processes: e.g., implementation of new working time models
- Manage recruitment activities in collaboration with our Regional Talent Acquisition team
Your profile
- Several years of HRBP experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with shift models and their implementation
- Solid knowledge of Austrian Labor Law is a must-have
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and experience working with Success Factors & SAP HCM
- Confident use of Microsoft tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, Word and Teams
Languages: English – fluent, German - Fluent

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €70,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
