Your position

We are looking for an experienced, versatile, and proactive HR Specialist to join our team at our plant in Velké Opatovice. In this position, you will be our go-to person for all HR-related topics along the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will act as a strategic advisor and strong sparring partner to senior managers, providing guidance on organizational changes, labor law topics, and other complex challenges. As part of a truly international and large global corporation, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across the entire region and drive impactful changes that shape the future of your site and beyond.

Your tasks

• Acting as an interface to external organizations (e.g., social security, auditors)
• Developing, adapting, and implementing HR policies, as well as communicating them in the local language
• Guiding and supporting employees and managers on how to apply these policies

Your profile

• A degree with a focus on Human Resources Management or related fields
• Good knowledge of Czech labor law
• Experience in cooperation with external partners like auditors, social security, etc.

Languages: Czech – Proficient/Fluent, English – advanced
