About the job
As a Lean Manager, your primary focus will be to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Operations Excellence across our plants while fostering a Lean and CI mindset. Reporting directly to the Head of Lean Management Europe, CIS and Türkiye, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing optimization opportunities throughout our production sites. In this position, you will be travelling regionally up to approx. 60% of your working time.
In addition, your tasks will include:
- Leading Continuous Improvement workshops: plan, facilitate, and execute workshops to identify and implement process optimization opportunities
- Tackling high-priority topics across the European network: collaborate with plants to address urgent issues, deliver impactful solutions and make a tangible difference together with the teams
- Supporting Operations Excellence initiatives: drive elements of the Operations Excellence System (OES), including baseline-setting, auditing, and ideation
- Providing on-site support and lead change: offer hands-on guidance at production sites, mentor local teams and ensure the sustainable implementation of projects and initiatives by driving change effectively
- Promoting Lean thinking and build capabilities: foster a mindset of Continuous Improvement at all organizational levels while empowering employees to develop and apply CI tools effectively

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- A higher technical education, preferably in the fields of process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar areas
- Proven expertise in Lean Tools: strong ability to apply problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis to complex operational challenges, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, 5-Why, A3 Problem Solving, Ishikawa
- Extensive Workshop Facilitation Experience: practical experience in planning, moderating, and executing Continuous Improvement workshops
- Driving license B
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- Czech – Proficient/Fluent
Work Experiences
- A few years of relevant working experience, preferably in an industrial environment
