Your position
The Senior Change Management Analyst (Training & Communication) plays a key role in enabling successful change initiatives across the organization. This position focuses on designing, coordinating, and executing training and communication plans aligned with the company’s change management framework. In the position you would report to our GSS Change Management Expert. You will be a partner with stakeholders, project teams, and regional change leads to drive consistent adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors. This is an operational role with a global perspective, focusing on Europe and META markets. Your tasks
- Coordinating change management activities, ensuring timely delivery of training and communication from planning to implementation.
- Designing and implementing communication and training plans aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Providing expertise in training design and delivery, setting standards and guiding trainers through “Train the Trainer” sessions.
- Conducting stakeholder mapping and engagement planning, building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Monitoring adoption KPIs, identifying potential issues early, and gathering feedback to improve change effectiveness.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Many years of experience in Change Management, Training, or Corporate Communications within large or multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and proven ability to drive adoption.
- Strong skills in corporate communication (content creation, storytelling, internal campaigns).
- Experience in training design and coordination (adult learning principles, training delivery logistics).
Languages: English - fluent, German is an asset
Nice to have: Prosci or other change management certification (e.g. by Human Change Management Institute), experience supporting ERP or technology-driven transformations
