Business Adoption Lead (all genders)

Your position

In this position, you will report to our Head of Digital Transformation Delivery. As a Business Adoption Lead for our Digital Transformation department, you will support RHI Magnesita across regions and functions in adopting our Digital Transformation endeavors, such as implementing a new ERP system and other digital products. You will be, amongst others, responsible for developing Change Management strategies and suitable templates, guiding project workstreams in conducting change impact analyses and preparing training plans and required materials. You will identify potential challenges and resistance points that could arise during the change process and create mitigation plans. Moreover, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels and design and implement communication plans to keep them informed about digital initiatives and their related benefits.  In this position, you will be required to travel internationally.

Your tasks

• Design of required regional and functional set-up change management activities
• Close collaboration with the Program Office to align on timings of milestones
• Identifying risks to Business Adoption that could impact Project implementation and propose suitable mitigation actions
• Implementing Key User and Product Owner concepts for sustainable Business Adoption
• Definition of suitable KPIs to measure the degree of Business Adoption

Your profile

• Several years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of a company’s end-to-end processes and IT system landscapes
• A master’s degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Power BI skills are an asset

Languages: English – Advanced; fluent German – advanced (considered an asset)

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €80,000.00 with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
