Your position
As Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a major business transformation across Europe. Working closely with the Transformation Lead and partnering with cross-functional workstream leads, you will help drive change adoption, ensure business readiness, and translate project developments into clear actions for stakeholders across the region. This role goes beyond a typical IT implementation and focuses on driving a broader business transformation. You will work across people, processes, and communication topics, supporting adoption and contributing to a high-impact program with strong exposure across the organization.
Your tasks
- Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with the overall DigiT program objectives
- Working closely with E2E workstream leads to understanding upcoming changes and assessing their impact on the business
- Creating communication materials, project updates, presentations, FAQs, and stakeholder messages tailored to different audiences
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions, while tracking adoption and KPIs
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, workshops, feedback sessions, and training-related activities to strengthen business readiness and adoption
Your profile
- Deep understanding of RHIM’s processes and European footprint, with strong structural and analytical thinking
- Several years of experience in change management, transformation, or a similar business environment
- A university degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across functions and levels
- Structured and hands-on way of working, with the ability to keep an overview and connect related topics
- Solid business understanding, ideally combined with good knowledge of European organizational structures, processes, and ways of working
Languages: English – fluent; German and other languages are considered an asset
Our offer
The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €63,000 with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
