Your position

In this role, you will directly support the Regional President by providing operational clarity, strong KPI tracking and reporting, and the effective implementation of initiatives across the region. You will be responsible for data preparation, cost and performance monitoring, structured follow-ups, and transparent reporting. With a strong focus on data accuracy and completeness across all inputs and stakeholders, you will enable reliable decision-making and proactively identify potential challenges. You will work closely with functions across the region to collect and consolidate data, drive timely input delivery, and keep initiatives on track. This position involves travel of up to 20% within Europe.

Your tasks

• Leading the development and tracking of KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and consistent performance across the region
• Embedding an operational rhythm by monitoring initiatives and tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across all stakeholders
• Providing strategic updates and insights to the Regional President and senior leadership, keeping all stakeholders informed about performance, risks, and ongoing initiatives
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of regional objectives, facilitating collaboration and driving results

Your profile

• Highly analytical and communicative, able to connect insights across functions, KPIs, and geographies and translate them into clear, actionable messages for all organizational levels
• Strong stakeholder management and execution mindset, engaging across functions and countries while proactively driving topics forward and following up to ensure results
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on areas like FP&A, Controlling, or similar analytical financial disciplines
• Several years of professional experience in a similarly impactful role, including project management, consulting or corporate operations

Languages: English – fluent

Nice to have: Any additional languages are considered an asset.
