Commercial Excellence Specialist & CPQ (Roll-out & Business Support) (all genders)

Your position

In this role you will report to the CPQ Project Manager (Head of Commercial Excellence & CPQ). CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is our new quotation tool developed as part of the DigiT program and will become the standard solution for quotation processes across the organization. We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented team member to strengthen our Commercial Excellence & CPQ team during the roll-out phase of our global CPQ solution. As we approach go-live, you will focus on supporting the deployment across regions, stabilizing processes during the roll-out phase and ensuring adoption by business teams. You will contribute to the further development of CPQ by supporting the onboarding of new quotation types and business models, including 4PRO, long-term contracts and construction-related solutions.

Your tasks

• Contributing at the global roll-out of the CPQ solution across regions and business units while acting as a key user and first point of contact for business teams
• Supporting the alignment of quotation processes between CPQ, CRM, and SAP environments
• Ensuring consistency and usability of end-to-end quotation processes (quote-to-order)

• Supporting business teams in applying CPQ to complex or new business scenarios, especially in project-based environments such as 4PRO
• Acting as a bridge between Sales, Pricing, IT and Product Management while enhancing communication and user adoption initiatives within the organization

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• Several years of experience in quotation management, pricing, product management, marketing or commercial roles
• Experience in industrial or project-based business (e.g., construction, 4PRO-type activities)
• Strong business understanding and interest in commercial processes
• Ability to support users and drive adoption of new tools and processes

Languages: English – fluent

Nice to have: Experience with CPQ, CRM, or SAP systems is a plus but not mandatory
