In addition, you have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a corporate finance/ FP&A/ business controlling role in big corporations
  • University degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and Engineering or similar at any University of Applied Sciences
  • Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams), SAP R/3 basic know how.
  • Knowledge of rational databases, MS Access and SQL is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge in English, fluent knowledge in German is a plus
  • Robust financial skills and understanding of business processes
  • A background in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a plus



About the job

This job is a highly analytical process that consolidates, translates, and communicates some of the most complicated data we use to explain our corporate results to the most senior people in the company. FP&A sales supports the global sales organisation with all kinds of performance data and analysis and facilitates the planning processes both for short term (monthly financial forecasts) and for the budget planning.

This role specifically supports and steers a team of local FP&A specialist that act as a business partners for the regional sales management. It sets standards for business analysis, planning processes and tools, consolidates local inputs and provides concise conclusions for the CSO and the Executive Management Team in order to derive business decisions. Expect regular interaction with business unit heads and the executive management team.

Further focus is on continuous improvement of the reporting and analysis tools and ensure an efficient deployment over the regional FP&A organisation.

Your assignment will be to support the global FP&A team in the following tasks – continuously increasing the field of own responsibility


  • Performing the monthly sales reporting – supporting the FP&A group experts with reports and data to create the regular performance presentations and management information
  • Steering the regular business analysis – collecting regional analysis and providing meaningful bridges, in depth analysis and monthly deviation reports (actual versus forecast & budget) to the CSO and the Executive Management Team
  • Providing data material and presentation standards for regular business analysis meetings
  • Driving the monthly financial forecasting as well as the annual budget planning process in alignment with the Integrated Business Planning process
  • Setting the standards for the forecasting process, creating templates, simulation of financial results based on demand plan forecasts
  • Mastering the governance for all aspects of sales reporting, especially in context with organisational transformations and fast changing business environment
  • Being responsible for calculating and maintaining the overhead cost allocation approach
  • FX reporting and analysis governance: performing all kind of FX related reports / adjustments / analysis for the global business
  • Supporting the Financial Transformation team with new ideas / inputs / practical insights in order to drive the improvement and transformation process
  • Support the introduction of new financial planning & analysis tools and standards

  • We offer you a full-time position (38.5 hours / week) in the FP&A Sales department at our headquarter in Vienna. According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the monthly gross salary according to collective agreement starts from € 3.003,80 (full time basis). The actual level of remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience. We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
