Finance & Consolidation Intern (all genders)

Part-time (30 hours per week) | 4-month temporary internship

Your position

As part of our Global Finance team, you will support RHI Magnesita’s year-end reporting and contribute to our digital finance transformation journey. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, IFRS disclosures, and digital finance initiatives within a listed multinational organization. You will actively collaborate with experts in our Group Consolidation and Reporting team, contributing to both operational excellence and innovation.

Your tasks

• Supporting the preparation and review of notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements
• Assisting with data collection, validation, and analysis of financial information from Group companies
• Performing quality checks, reconciliations, and assisting in year-end reporting documentation
• Contributing to the implementation of Tangelo, our new reporting automation solution, including testing and user acceptance activities
• Identifying and supporting process improvement and automation opportunities in financial reporting

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• Initial knowledge of accounting principles; exposure to IFRS is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or consolidation systems beneficial
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational capability, and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and a genuine motivation to learn in an international environment

The gross monthly salary for this part-time position (30 hours per week) is €1,500.00.
