About the job

As a Flow Control (FC) and Advanced Technologies (AT) Solution Partner, you will work closely with the regional team to gain the trust of the key stakeholders, building relationships with the customers and our colleagues in the regions, as well as leading and assisting with the trials. Your key role will be to maximize the sales and market share of the Flow Control & Advanced Technologies products, following the regional priorities. You will dedicate your time to fostering and developing new businesses with a focus on casting processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Ladle to Mould Solutions, you will work in close collaboration with the Flow Control and Advanced Technologies competence centers and the regional teams. During work, you will be traveling (inter)nationally for approx. 20% of the time.

 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Leveraging the business model between regions, boosting the value proposition of our solutions
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as Marketing and Solutions, Sales, and FC&AT Competences Centres to achieve the regional priorities
  • Engaging in thorough fact-findings to understand the unique requirements of each customer, including, but also beyond the refractory core business

What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education & Skills

  • A technical or engineering background
  • Profound experience in Technical Marketing, Account Management or Project Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Good command of MS Office and digital affinity

 

Languages

  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language will be considered an asset

 

Work Experience

  • Ideally several years of experience in the steel industry/continuous casting
  • Experience in refractory applications

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 85.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
